Privacy statement
V-Rotate handles personal data with care. This statement explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR.
Who is responsible?
V-Rotate, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 93635990, based in the Netherlands. Reachable at stefan@v-rotate.com.
What data do we process?
Only what you submit through the contact form yourself: your name, email address and the content of your message. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
Our hosting provider (Flexwebhosting, the Netherlands) additionally keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and technical maintenance.
What do we use your data for?
Solely to respond to your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from (prospective) clients, or the performance of a contract if you become a client.
How long do we keep it?
Messages sent through the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle them, and for a maximum of two years — unless a client relationship arises, in which case statutory (tax) retention periods apply.
Who do we share your data with?
No one. Your data is not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing and not processed outside the EU. Only our hosting provider processes data technically on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object to processing. Email stefan@v-rotate.com to exercise these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
This statement may be updated if the site or our way of working changes. Last update: July 2026.
