The operational heart. Lesson scheduling with conflict detection and confirmation links, an AI planner (Claude) that only picks from pre-validated options, a lead funnel with a unified inbox for email and Messenger, EASA CBTA competency assessments with digital signatures and radar charts, invoicing with Mollie payment links and a detector for missed invoice lines. Trilingual, with a built-in manual.

Marketing site and lead engine, statically built with Astro. Forms flow straight into the CRM — with GDPR consent, honeypot and timing bot detection, and UTM source tracking. News, reviews and start dates are managed in the scheduling app and appear live on the site, without a deploy. Meta Pixel with server-side Conversions API, consent-gated and data-minimised.

Airline recruiters browse anonymised candidate profiles: reference code, flight hours, ratings, CBTA competencies and availability — without contact details. When an airline shows interest, the candidate automatically receives a consent request and decides which data is shared. Revocable at any time.

The paper maintenance logbook fully digitised: plan, start, complete and digitally sign simulator sessions; defect registration with ATA codes and follow-up updates; daily checks and modification records. With a dedicated technician role and customer registration linked to the CRM.

Native mobile apps (Swift for iOS, native Android) for students and instructors: submit availability, view lessons, read syllabi offline. Push notifications directly via APNs and FCM — no paid middleman — with deep links to the right screen, refresh-token rotation and in-app account deletion as the app stores require.

The CRM in management's pocket: leads, unified inbox and follow-up tasks on the go, with a push notification the moment a new lead arrives. Native Swift, passed Apple's Beta App Review — now in TestFlight beta.

A discussion forum of its own, replacing Slack: channels, replies and emoji reactions, unread badges, search and a weekly email digest. Available at its own web address and inside the iOS and Android apps — community members see only the community, thanks to a dedicated role with strictly scoped API access.

For the simulator trainings, the flight-plan module grew into a full Electronic Flight Bag: route planning with SID/STAR and A* routing across the airway network, an OFP with fuel and weight calculations based on B737 performance tables, an FMS summary, weather briefing and an offline vector chart of its own with IFR symbology — in the web app and the iOS app.

What you don't see, but what carries everything: JWT auth with token revocation, scrypt passwords with silent upgrade-on-login, rate limiting, CORS allowlists, idempotent database migrations at startup and daily off-site backups to Nextcloud with a GFS retention scheme (3 days / 4 weeks / 24 months).
